Blessings All,
This Summer I have been at Disney a lot and every time I go to the Magic Kingdom, I have the raspberry sorbet at the Plaza Ice Cream Parlor.
I was recently craving raspberries so I made a lemon raspberry cobbler then I just kept craving raspberries and this weekend I found a recipe that I found online then tweaked it. The funny thing is, I don’t eat raspberries alone like I would grapes. They either have to be mixed in on pancakes, jams, ice cream or cake.
I wanted to make a raspberry sorbet because going to the Magic Kingdom is not always accessible. So if you like raspberry sorbet and want to try it at home, then you might like this easy recipe too!
Easy, Tasty Raspberry Sorbet
2 cups of frozen raspberries
1 medium sized frozen ripe banana
1/2 tablespoon of 100% Maple Syrup
In a food processor add all the ingredients and purée
If you need more sweetness add a bit more syrup to your liking
Then either eat right away or freeze in an airtight container
This ratio is for 2 servings
Enjoy ☺️ 😋
You can even add shredded coconut or semi sweet dark chocolate chips like I did! My tastebuds got giddy 😂 because the flavors were reminiscent of the Magic Kingdom Plaza ice Cream Parlor. So Yay! 😁
