Ready to for a tasty almond flour chocolate chip cookie recipe that will leave you wanting to bake them time and time again?
I found this recipe on another blog in 2021 but I decided to make it easier and leaving out the flaxseed and substituting it with one egg.
I shared this recipe with my teen daughter and she now bakes them herself when we want them.🤗

Here’s my daughter’s ice cream sandwich version
We used to bake them using regular flour but for us almond flour is healthier.
Here’s the recipe :
Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies
Heat oven to 350 degrees
Ingredients
- ¼ cup butter melted and cooled
- ⅓ cup light brown sugar
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1 cup almond flour
- ½ cup chocolate chips
I added a whole egg at the end with the chips
And 2 salt grinder turns instead of the 1/4 teaspoon plus I used a big cookie scooper and placed them on the tray without letting the dough to rest and simply baked them for 10 minutes until they appeared dry.
