Recently my daughter and I had the opportunity to watch a movie called Sun Moon which will be streaming on Pure Flix on May 5th.
This funny yet heart warming story is about adventuring in a new land, regaining faith, experiencing loss and encountering true love.

Just like Kelsey, many people abandon their faith in God when things do go their way or when things don't go as planned.
As for Kelsey, to avoid the embarrassment and humiliation of being left at the altar she travels abroad to Taiwan and starts teaching English while leaving her kid sister and hospitalized mother behind.

While in the school she's teaching at, she meets amazing yet some what difficult students with a comedic flair to help stir up her faith and to not loose hope while teaching them life lessons as well.
True love strikes when she meets a professor named Horace who he too knows of great loss and comforts her and strengthens her faith anew.
Kelsey then returns back home when she finds out her mom is dying and makes peace with it all and learns to hope again, have faith in God again and ultimately falls in love with Horace.
This movie a definite a must see with the whole family!
