6 x4 Inch deep Easy Pumpkin layered Cake With Cream Cheese Frosting

Today’s post is on an easy pumpkin recipe I followed from Natasha's Kitchen but using a 6 inch deep cake pan.
For this recipe, I found another site to get the accurate measurements to make this delicious cake.
I have never made pumpkin  cake before but I wanted to surprise my brother for his birthday. 
The cake looked and tasted great.
                                                             Here are the finished results:

                              For decoration, I added a flower then sprinkled some cinnamon on top




Served with French Vanilla Ice Cream


Here’s the recipe using a deep 6 inch deep cake pan for this delicious layered cake:

1 2/3 cups of flour


1/2 cup granulated sugar


1 ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon


½ teaspoon baking soda


1 ½ teaspoon baking powder


2 room temp large eggs 


2/3 cup of vegetable oil


1 Cup of pumpkin puree


 

Cream Cheese Frosting:


8 oz cream cheese, room temp, cut into quarters

8 Tbsp unsalted butter butter, room temp
1 cup powdered sugar

2 tsp vanilla extract

The pan I used is from Fat Daddio's
