While watching this show, I got the office vibes on how the shaky camera movements zoom in on the actors and then pan out. But of course. it’s nothing like the Office, this sitcom has real christian artists that get interviewed and they get to share their faith in Jesus Christ.
In Episode 2 of Live +Local Tina does not want to be Tommy’s sidekick but his partner in creating content for the show. So, after they have a standoff of who gets to do what segment, Tina finally gets to debut her on air bit called “Judge Knot” and although she’s nervous, she nails it and becomes a hit with the online and radio listeners and even Jerry played by (Pat Cashman) the new program director, loves her and calls her a Super Star while Tommy gets jealous. He wants the show to remain the same because that’s what’s worked for him and Tina for years.
But with the success of this segment, things will definitely be changing, not only do they have a new program director in Jerry that clashes with Tommy but the former intern Lucy ( Kendra Ann Sherrill) who is now the producer.

Also in this episode, Tommy and Tina interview John Cooper from the Christian Rock band Skillet and while Tina’s interview style is deeper in the faith, Tommy’s questions are more culturally based including John's life size Star Wars Han Solo in Carbonite.
I liked John’s interview and how his last question was from Tina on what brings him joy and one of his responses were Christians treating other Christians with the love of Jesus and living out the 10 Commandments toward each other ". I can’t wait to see the other artists they interview and I’m so happy Dave Coulier is a part of this type of series as well as his role as an executive producer.
