Family Camp The Movie With The Skit Guys in Theaters May 13

Get ready for Family Camp, a movie for the entire family showing in theaters on May 13.

Synopsis:

When their pastor encourages the congregation to sign-up for a week away at family camp, Grace believes she’s found the perfect cure for her imperfect clan—even if they’d all rather be anywhere but at rustic Camp Katokwah. The first feature film from The Skit Guys, FAMILY CAMP is a laugh-out-loud comedy that will touch the hearts and tickle the funny bones of every family member from eight to eighty.

This hilarious movie did have some emotional moments and bible truths attached to it. Its a movie about family, healing, forgiveness, reconciliation, and unity and surrendering it to God when you find yourself lost spiritually and physically.

I viewed it with my 16 yr old daughter and she enjoyed it as well. I think what gravitated me to watch this film was (Leigh-Allyn Baker) from the Disney show Good Luck Charlie which my daughter and I enjoyed watching very much. I love that she is in a Christian-based film and using her platform for Kingdom Advancement.

This film is a must-see for the whole family my favorite quote was from one of the actors who I won't give away so you can receive the film's message on an in-depth level was:

"I need to find true north so if you'll have me, I'll give you everything, just please give me one more chance."

To be honest, I have never heard of the Skit Guys but after seeing this film and the interview, I will be going back to their channel to see and hear more about them. Tommy and Eddie are zany and on fire for Jesus!
The Skit Guys have been creating mini-movies for churches and youth groups for years, as well as performing for live events.
