Blessings,
Today I am bringing you a Christmas breakfast idea that will be fun and healthy to eat. I call it the Christmas Scramble.
You can eat this anytime really but because the colors stood out to me when I made it, I immediately thought Christmas.
This tasty recipe is simple and you can add more ingredients to it as you like as long as you keep it green. 😉
The Steps:
Take a food processor or a knife and chop up a cup of spinach 🍃 leaves. (The more you add the more greener the eggs become.)
Grab some eggs and crack how many you want or need into a bowl.
(I used 7 for mine).
Then, add the chopped spinach
into the bowl and wisk away.
Turn on stove and heat up some olive oil or butter on low heat and then add the chopped turkey bacon to cook until the preferred crispness by raising the heat up a notch.
Then add the egg mixture to the bacon and allow it to set and dry then scramble and add the cheese and scramble again.
After it’s cooked, serve it in another bowl or on a plate and voila you got “The Christmas Scramble”.
Now isn't that easy and delicious!
