Air Fryer Pancakes and Eggs in Silicone Molds




I just bought these  Silicone Molds on Amazon and I’m so happy I did. These Bundt cake molds are made from silicone and come in various colors. I chose them in 3 3/4 inches and they make the cutest looking cakes, pancakes and eggs.

So as for pancakes, I was a bit hesitant it was going to work in the air fryer with these molds but with a little learning curve, it worked great.
To try one mold, I simply used half a ladle spoon of pancake mix, added cinnamon and a bit of vanilla extract and mixed it with water. For more pancakes, make more batter to fill 4 of the sprayed molds. You can spray with bakers joy or avacado oil spray or which ever you usually use.
After spraying, I poured it into the mold and didn’t over fill it or else I would have a bigger bottom on the pancake. That happened to my first pancake, so I had to trim it but no biggie, it still looked fancy. LOL
4 molds like these fit in a 5.8 quart airfryer with basket. I used my Cosori air fryer and cooked them at 320 degrees for 8-9 min.


Aren’t they cute! Don’t mind my Nutella piping flaws.😅
I piped a bit of Nutella on one and syrup on the other and my daughter loved it.
These molds are great for any occasion and gatherings and once you bake your desserts in them, they make great gifts too.

Now for the eggs, I had to cook on a higher temp at 350 for 12 min until no liquid is seen.
My Bundt shaped egg consisted of 2 eggs, a splash of milk, seasoning,turkey bacon in pieces and spinach. Again, be sure to spray molds and not to over fill.

Here were the results and the hubby liked it and gobbled it all up.

I hope you enjoyed today’s post and maybe want to experiment with silicone molds in the air fryer if you haven’t yet. They do have a learning curve to them but the results can be fantastic and make your dishes look tré magnifique and gourmet.
